We welcome both local and overseas orders. All local orders will be delivered via registered post. A flat fee of $4.00 will be applied to each order at check-out. For local orders exceeding $50, delivery is complimentary and no delivery fees will be incurred at check-out.
For international orders or local orders which need to be sent overseas, we are pleased to announce that we now deliver to the following countries. The shipping charges will be calculated at checkout once the delivery address has been filled in.

For other destinations, please feel free to contact us directly so we can work out the delivery charges based on your order and specific destination. Please note that all skincare products are not eligible for international delivery.
Dispatch and Delivery Lead time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days upon receipt of full payment, provided that all items within the order are in stock.
For local orders, please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.
For international orders to our list of overseas destinations, please allow 7-14 working days for delivery. We seek your understanding that delivery lead-time may be be affected by international circumstances that are beyond our control.
For international orders to other countries, we will inform you of the estimated delivery lead time when you place your order, based on your delivery destination.
For pre-orders, full payment needs to be made at the time of placing your order and the items will be dispatched as soon as stock becomes available. We will inform you about the estimated waiting time for the stock when you place your order.
Tracking your Package
For local delivery, you will receive a Registered Article (RA) number or a similar tracking number which you can use to track your package. Please allow 5-7 working days for your package to arrive. If you do not receive your items after 7 working days, please contact us so we can make an enquiry on the package with the postal or courier services company.
For international delivery, you will similarly received a tracking number. We will inform you about the estimated delivery lead time. Please contact us if your package does not arrive within the stipulated time frame so we can make an enquiry on the package with the postal or courier services company.
