Refund & Exchange


Please be informed that all items sold and delivered are not refundable. Refunds are only possible for orders which have not been processed. Should you change your mind after placing your order, please contact us immediately to amend your order. Provided that the order has not been processed, we will be able to arrange for a refund.


We have provided some sizing guidelines to assist you in your selection under Sizing Information. We encourage all customers to use these guidelines when determining the appropriate sizes to order. We understand that even so, there may be times when the sizes ordered do not fit the intended recipients. Under such circumstances, please contact us within 5 working days upon receiving your item to discuss a size exchange. If the particular item is not available in the required size, customers can exchange the original item for another item of equal or lower value. If an item of lower value is chosen, there will be no refund of the price difference.

For the safety and hygiene of all babies and toddlers, please understand that toys sold and delivered will not be exchangeable, and size exchange can only be granted for unused and unwashed garments in their original packaging.

Customers who request for size exchange will be required to bear the cost of two-way postage for the return of the original item and for the replacement item to be sent back to them.


As far as possible, the pictures of the designs shown on the website are representative of the actual products. As the garments are individually hand-printed, there may be minor variations from item to item. These have been assessed to be within the industrial standard tolerance levels and are not considered as defects.

Before our products are dispatched, they are checked thoroughly for defects. If for any reason, you find a defect in the product at the point of receipt, please retain the product in its packaging and notify us within 5 working days to discuss an exchange. Where a sold and delivered product item is assessed to be defective, we will bear the cost of retrieving the item from you and delivering the replacement item. We will contact you directly to make the necessary arrangements.
